Join Bikevolcano.com on an incredible guided bicycle adventure of Kilauea Volcano’s East Rift Zone and the Active Lava Flow. The East Rift Zone of Kilauea Volcano is an area that has seen most of the recent lava activity on the Island of Hawai’i.
We’ll explore the eastern rift zone as we travel through lush tropical jungles along a coastal country road on your way to Kilauea Volcano’s Active Lava Flow. Experience the Hawai’i that you dreamed about. Along the way we will see tropical fruit farms, witness spectacular ocean views, and lava flows that have cut their way through the rainforest.

Once we reach the lava devastated Hawaiian village of Kalapana, you will see the 1991 Lava Flow which created the new Kaimu Black Sand Beach.
We will have a hot dinner here before biking at sunset to witness the amazing fiery red glow of Madame Pele’s magnificent creation (Volcano Dependent). Our finish line is at the active lava flow field where we will take a short hike to the ocean. Enjoy this wonderful, leisurely afternoon bike adventure. Bike to Pele…
