Step 1 CHECK TOUR AVAILABILITY & FIND A CONFIRMED TOUR DATE

Choose the Bike Full Day Bike Adventure tour option and look for tour dates where 3 or more people have placed a reservations {a tour is confirmed when there are 5 people registered. There are a total of 13 spots available}.

Step 2 CONTACT US FOR AN AIRLINE PRICE QUOTE
Email us with your desired tour date at: info@bikevolcano.com. We will then provide you with an airfare price quote (please note that all airline reservations are non-refundable).
Step 3 PLACE YOUR RESERVATIONS
Please place your reservation for the Full Day Bike Adventure and check the box of which Fly Combo Tour you are interested in. Please enter the names of each passenger as it appears on their photo identification. Please note that Fly Combo Tour prices listed are subject to change due to the fare availability on your desired tour date. We will send a price quote confirmation if the available airfare is higher than what is posted on our website before placing your airline reservations (please note that all airline reservations are non-refundable).
Once you have placed your reservation you will receive an electronic airline ticket by email, a tour confirmation sheet, and instructions on where to meet our tour representative. Your e-mail confirmation copy is the only travel document you will need. Your travel arrangement documents have been processed electronically. All flights should be reconfirmed at least 72 hours prior to departure directly with the airline. Last minute schedule changes can occur and it is the responsibility of the traveler(s) to reconfirm all flight information with reservations prior to all flights.
